I love it when I have little things lying around my desk that are trash-worthy and I manage to turn their life around - like these grey earrings.
A while back I received as a gift a beautiful leather make-up bag from Musette which had this little piece of leather hanging from it's zipper. I thought it was so pretty with it's checkered pattern that I could not bring myself to throw it away.
So I gave it a try at turning it into a pair of earrings.
Started out with a sharp cutting knife & cutting pad, earring accessories and some glue
Carefully cutting the leather into shape
Glueing up the leather with the metallic parts
Et voilà!
